How it works
The calculator reads the current time from your device and adds (or subtracts) the amount you choose. Because it uses your own clock, the result is automatically in your local time zone — no conversion or location setting needed. The result updates every second, so it never goes stale while the page is open.
When the result lands on a different calendar day — adding 2 hours at 11 PM, for example — a note appears under the time: tomorrow, yesterday, or the full date for longer jumps.

The mental shortcut: convert everything to minutes, add, then carry each full 60 minutes into the hour.

Frequently asked questions
Which time zone does the calculator use?
Yours. The calculation runs on your device's own clock, so the result is always in your local time zone with no settings required. If your device clock is wrong, the result will be off by the same amount.
Can I enter fractions like 1.5 hours?
Yes. 1.5 hours is treated as 90 minutes, 0.25 hours as 15 minutes, and so on. Decimal minutes work too, though whole minutes are usually what you want.
What happens when the result crosses midnight?
The time is shown as normal and a note appears underneath — "tomorrow" or "yesterday" for a one-day difference, or the full date for jumps of several days (like 72 hours from now).
Why does the result show in 12-hour and 24-hour format?
The main result follows your device's regional format — AM/PM in the US, 24-hour in most of Europe. A separate 24-hour row is always shown so the result is unambiguous either way.
