Uncheck any month you don't want in the running before generating. "Exclude Current Month" rules out whichever month it is right now for you, based on your device's own clock — handy for "pick a random month other than this one."
Why there's no "summer months" or "winter months" preset
Seasons run opposite between hemispheres — June, July, and August are summer in the Northern Hemisphere but winter in the Southern Hemisphere. A preset built around one convention would just be quietly wrong for a large share of visitors, so this tool leaves season-based grouping out rather than guess which one you mean. Uncheck the specific months you want excluded instead.

The full month name (like "March"), plus its three-letter abbreviation and its number (1 through 12) as a secondary reference, since spreadsheets and calendars often expect one of those instead.
